Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise, where kids ages 5–14 learn to code while building their own video games, robotics projects, and STEM skills. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team part-time and help drive growth at our center. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and tech who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. You'll play a key role in enrollment, outreach, and converting leads into loyal Code Ninjas families.
- Own the sales pipeline: follow up with leads, conduct tours, and close memberships.
- Represent Code Ninjas at community events, school functions, and local business meetups to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the Center Director to implement local marketing strategies and promotions.
- Track and analyze enrollment data and outreach results; make strategic recommendations based on performance.
- Ensure prospective families receive excellent customer service and a clear understanding of our programs.
- Support upselling of programs such as summer camps, clubs, and birthday parties.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferably in a service or education-based industry).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals independently.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, email follow-ups, and scheduling software.
- Passion for working with families and a genuine interest in STEM education.
- Knowledge of or experience in education, STEM, or franchise environments.
- Connections within the local school district or community organizations.
- Availability on some evenings and weekends for events and tours.
